Reserve Line
A very special part of the production line of knives here at Rick Hinderer Knives is the line that I call The Reserve Line. As in a lot of other industries such as the fine bourbon world, The word “Reserve” is reserved for the very special limited parts of a product line. What I have done to incorporate this into the RHK production line is to separate a few knives from each production run and those knives I build and finish each myself. I build them in my own separate shop here at the Ranch. These knives will also have my build card in the box showing me as the builder. Also the box will be labeled signifying the Reserve status. This is a perfect way for those desiring a RHK production knife built by Rick Hinderer.

Following in the famous footsteps of our other Vintage Series releases is our new XM Slippy Vintage Series! As with our other models we took the XM Slippy and changed it up retro style! Starting with the blade steel I used the tried and true through the years 0-1 Tool Steel, this carbon steel was developed over a hundred years ago as a premium blade steel and literally hundreds of thousands of knives and countless pleased hunters and sportsman have been overly pleased with its ability to take a keen edge and keep that edge for a long time! I had these blades Parkarized for a durable rust free coating, the same treatment as military grade hardware since the days of WW2. The liners are 6al4v titanium that has been anodized green and then given our special Vintage treatment. This is a slip joint style folding knife which really lends itself well to the Vintage treatment as the pocket knives of old were almost exclusively a slip joint style. So if you would like to slip back in time to the grand days of the pocket knife but still retain some modern style add the XM Slippy to your daily carry rotation!

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. Expedited orders ship within one business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Free Shipping over $150: We offer free shipping within 4-6 business days for all orders over $150. These shipments are insured and traceable. Eligible orders must be shipping within the contiguous United States.
3-Day Shipping: We offer $4.99 within 3 business days for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer $7.90 3-day shipping. These shipments are insured and traceable. Eligible orders must be shipping within the contiguous United States. Clearance, backordered products and factory direct items are not eligible for 3-day shipping.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout. These orders ship within one business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Expedited orders do not deliver on weekends.

We ship via USPS and UPS for customers placing orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. USPS can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. A live quote is generated during the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE: USPS will not ship items containing Lithium batteries overseas.
We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
No-Rush shipping only applies to customers paying full retail prices. Any volume discounted quotes received from us will include an actual freight estimate.
The moment your backorder becomes available, we will ship it out at no additional charge.
